Scharlee Glenn, CC, MHC

Hope does not have to be illusive. At the age of 15 Scharlee found hope in Jesus Christ. From that moment on she has dedicated her life to helping others find hope. Hope in the middle of conflict. Hope in the middle of confusion. Hope in desperate

times.

Scharlee worked alongside her husband, a minister and chaplain, for many years. They brought hope and understanding into the daily lives of married couples, teens, college students, hospital staff, patients and patient families, as well as many others.

In 2011, Scharlee earned her certification as a professional life coach and relationship coach. She has always had a love for studying personalities to understand how people

think, act and react. Combining her years of Bible Study, coach certifications and personality studies has strengthened her gift of listening and encouraging people.

Since the death of her husband in 2018, Scharlee has spent her years studying, coaching, and Biblically counseling. She has been a volunteer coach at Hope Pregnancy Center working with women in crisis. She is currently a volunteer coach with Groundwire, an online international ministry, taking chats dealing with diverse subjects. She is able to extend hope and encouragement to her chatters.

In 2020 Scharlee became a certified Enneagram Coach. She has used the Enneagram to work with businesses helping teams learn to collaborate more effectively and working

with individuals, helping them understand how they are fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14, I will give thanks to you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;

Wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. (NASB)

Scharlee has helped establish a “Care Ministry” at her local church. This ministry provides Biblical Counseling, Griefshare and Divorce Care. She also works to train Lay

Caregivers within her church. Scharlee works diligently to hone her skills through continuing education. She is

currently finishing her training as a Mental Health Coach.

Scharlee bases her coaching on Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the

other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. (NIV) It is her calling to walk life’s journey with others, helping them up when they fall by extending

encouragement and hope.

Favorite Verse: I John 5:13 I write these things to you who believe in the name of the

Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. (NIV)
