Arlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma. She has more than 20 years of experience in biblical counseling, having been affiliated with Scope Ministries International and New Hope Ministry. 
 

She works with families using a six-week counseling support program, designed to teach divorcing couples how to lessen the destructiveness of divorce on their children. She also helps adults develop strategies for reaching and maximizing their potential.

She has been a frequent speaker and conference leader throughout the Southwest and has developed audio and video presentation dealing with the issues of depression, anger and loneliness.
