MISSION
STATEMENT
Christian Counseling Associates Ministries of Edmond
recognizes the tremendous pressures of life. Our goal is to assist
individuals, families, adults, adolescents, and children in gaining
insight into the problems they are facing and translate insight into
action. We are a nondenominational organization established to offer
professional Christian counseling to the emotionally wounded. This is
accomplished by applying Christian principles and spiritual leadership.
We are members of the Body of Christ and are committed to providing Godly
guidance and Biblical truth to those seeking counsel. Working within a
Christian framework allows the counselor to support individuals and
families through problem areas with the specific under-girding of Jesus
Christ and His strength. This is accomplished in one-on-one sessions, and
in group and classroom settings.
Funding
All fees and donations go toward the expense of maintaining
Christian Counseling Associates’ purpose. Counseling fees are
self-selected by clients according to a graduated fee scale. Health
insurance may cover part of the cost of counseling.
In addition to the standard methods of payment, it
is our vision to provide a scholarship fund for those whose income is too
low to allow them to pay for counseling. Some of this free or low-cost
counseling can be provided by our practicum students under the
supervision of our staff, and funded by those who are looking for a way
to contribute to the work of the Kingdom. Christian Counseling Associates
is a 501(c)3, not-for-profit corporation and we invite you to consider a
